Accounting and Tax Staff - Mindo Solutions

Full-Time On-site

Working Locations : Mindo Solutions Office (No. 6 Thi Sach, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City)

Salary range : 8,000,000 VND - 11,000,000 VND

Responsibilities:

• Maintain timely and accurate bookkeeping and tax records.

• Prepare regular business license tax reports.

• Prepare & submit VAT, PIT, and CIT reports timely and accurately.

• Support month-end closing & financial statements preparation.

• Update reports on foreign investment progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Have at least a year working as an accountant.

• Proficiency in English to ensure effective communication within the team.

• Experience in tax reporting and bookkeeping.

• Knowledge of Vietnam's tax regulations and laws.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
