General Description
This position is responsible for supporting the Accounting Department to daily and relevant info on a timely manner
Assist with the day-to-day tasks in the department such as:
- Review monthly bank reconciliations.
- Review and agree receivable aging to general ledger monthly for Primary Government and Component Units.
- Review all balances monthly.
- Work with accounting team to ensure that trial balances are in balance on a monthly basis.
- Validates data, daily, through cooperation from team members and regular spot checks.
- Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks, as required.

Requirements
- Good sense of discipline + self-consciousness + carefulness
- Good English (written)
- Good MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Sharp mind, fast learning
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork spirit
Experience and Qualification
- Current undergraduate students at Senior level with studies in the areas of Accounting or Finance
Working time: Monday to Friday (morning: 8:00 to 12:00; afternoon: 13:30 to 17:30)
