Working Locations : Mindo Solutions Office (No. 6 Thi Sach, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City)

Salary range : 200,000 - 250,000/day payment bi-weekly

Responsibilities:

• Manage communications and build relationships with Social Media Influencers and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns

• Contacting, dealing, arranging deliveries & reminding on each influencers to execute the campaign

• Ensure the contract terms & conditions related (paperwork files)

• Analyze & monitor Social Media Influencers performance.

• Understand community standards and market trends.

• Provide accurate timing estimates on work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major or currently in the final year of university.

• Experience in Customer Service or Social Media Influencer Management is a plus.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus.

• Responsive, organized, and able to manage time effectively.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools or platforms quickly.

• Available to join immediately and willing to work onsite with a shifting schedule.
