approach and resolve freight cost and rate issues where lanes show differences to
benchmark data.
Study the shipping market Trends & Prepare report on it.
Learn business practices and business etiquette as it relates to shipping support.
Responsible to provide timely, relevant and accurate analysis of operational and
business data.
Work under general supervision and direction on complex and diverse projects.At
the conclusion of program, intern will present projects and internship experience to
their Logistic Managers and key business leaders.
Identify and prospect potential clients in various industries requiring international
shipping and logistics services.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales
targets.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Collaborate with operations, pricing and other internal teams to ensure smooth and
efficient service delivery.
Create detailed proposals and quotes tailored to the specific needs of clients.
Must be either currently pursuing or be within one year of obtaining a Bachelor’s/master’s
degree and/or have graduated within the previous 12 months with a Bachelor’s/Master’s
degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
