Asean Lines hiring Customer service Internship

Customer service Internship: 3 Females

• Support to get booking from shipping line, co-loader & send to customer.
• Support in making export-import documents, bills of lading and related maritime documents.
• Support team in monitoring goods, consulting customers and solve problems arising in the goods delivery.
• Learning in working with foreign agents on vouchers, transportation information, prices.
• Practicing Work with airlines, shipping lines and suppliers for prices and services.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth work and report.
• Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

• No experience required.
• Works independently skill and good at team working.
• Good command in English for both verbal and written.
