Concentrix Hiring Customer Service – Home Appliances (Night Shift)

Scope of Work

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, chat, and messaging channels.
• Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive service experience.
• Escalate urgent or complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary.
• Stay updated on products, processes, and customer service guidelines to deliver effective support.

Income

• Average Gross Income: 11 - 13.000.000 vnd/month
• Night shift allowance: 30% base salary
• 100% salary in 2-month probation time

Requirements

• Graduated from High school or equivalent academic level.
• Fluency in English - B2 and above (speaking, listening, writing, and reading) - working 100% English.

Work Schedule

• Actual Working Shift:
  • 9-hour shift (7.5 working hours + 1-hour meal break + 30-minute utility breaks)
  • Example: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
  • Shift assignment is determined by the Team Leader/Line Manager
  • 5 working days/week (40 hours/week)
  • Days Off: Fixed off on Sunday and 01 additional rotating day off per week
• Project Operating Hours:
  • Mon–Fri: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
  • Sat: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Work Location

• Tech Valley - Lot 46, Quang Trung Software City, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City.
