Asean Lines International Company Limited is a company operating in the field of transportation of goods - Import and Export in the country and abroad. We are recruiting staff in the following position:
Customer service Internship:
- Support to get booking from shipping line, co-loader & send to customer.
- Support in making export-import documents, bills of lading and related maritime documents.
- Support team in monitoring goods, consulting customers and solve problems arising in the goods delivery.
- Learning in working with foreign agents on vouchers, transportation information, prices.
- Practicing Work with airlines, shipping lines and suppliers for prices and services.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth work and report.
- Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job requirement
No experience required.
Works independently skill and good at team working.
Good command in English for both verbal and written
