1. Purpose of the Program

• We are launching a Talent Acceleration Program to identify and develop students who possess strong critical thinking, a resilient work ethic, and the drive to grow despite a challenging background.
• The goal is to provide opportunities for capable students who may not come from top-tier majors or resource-rich environments, but who consistently show determination, sharp reasoning, and the ability to learn fast.
• We believe true talent is not defined by grades, but by mindset, grit, logic, and the desire to rise.

• Developer / Technical Track
  • Python foundations for ERP development
  • Data structures & SQL
  • Customizing modules (models, views, reports)
  • API integration & automation scripts
  • Debugging & technical problem solving

All learning is project-based, guided by real-world scenarios.

We intentionally do NOT limit our recruitment to traditional IT or business majors.
Instead, we seek students who demonstrate:

2. Program Structure

• Duration: 8–12 weeks
• Hands-on training + shadowing senior consultants
• Assignments, capstone project, and performance assessment
• Top performers receive immediate full-time offers
