- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience in Java are welcome
- Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Familiarity with one or more technologies: Java, SQL, C/C++, C#, XML
- Good problem-solving skills and learning ability
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Mandarin proficiency (spoken & written) is REQUIRED
- English proficiency at working level is sufficient
