Job Description

  • Support intern recruitment: post jobs, screen CVs, send tests, contact candidates, assist onboarding.
  • Create JDs, visuals (Canva), and propose recruitment strategies for Vietnamese students in Australia.
  • Manage and track social media recruitment posts.
  • Research and recommend recruitment tools.
  • Suggest ways to improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Update candidate data, support HR reports, and handle other admin tasks.

Job Requirement

  • Term: 3 months
  • Currently enrolled student or recent graduate majoring in Human
  • Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related fields;
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and human resource management;
  • Professional writing skills and clear communication via email and phone;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic design skills using Canva;
  • Good problem-solving skills, careful, responsible and able to maintain confidentiality.
