1. Insight & Strategy - Analyze client briefs to identify objectives, audience insights, brand personality and event format. - Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions; document outcomes and action items. - Develop, refine and iterate proposals—ranging from focused activations to full-scale events—under manager guidance.
2. Show Development - Shape the narrative for each content pillar, covering stage performances and video storyboards. - Design interactive concepts and engagement mechanics tailored to the event. - Brief creative and production teams to bring the visual elements to life. - Collaborate with producers and technical specialists to stage performances per approved concept.
3. Trend Research & Innovation - Monitor local and global event trends, case studies and emerging technologies. - Propose fresh concepts or tools to keep Sen’s activations at the cutting edge.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in marketing, advertising or communications with hands-on involvement in events or activations.
- Skills & Competencies:
• Strong analytical ability to interpret briefs and audience behavior.
• Creative flair for ideation and storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese.
• Proactive collaborator, adept at juggling multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
