JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
BRAND TIKTOK CONTENT MANAGEMENT
Manage brand video content & optimize content for TikTok's algorithm, ensuring maximum engagement and visibility
Collaborate with brand team & agency to QC TikTok content and schedule video content follow brand focus and guideline
Oversee the creation, optimization, and management of product listings on TikTok Shop, ensuring product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and engaging
Regularly update the product catalog to ensure it reflects new arrivals, DMI asset update
Manage and executive TikTokshop monthly campaign
TIKTOKSHOP CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
Tiktokshop Campaign management - Collaboration with Ecommerce & Agency
Coordinate and manage campaigns in collaboration with internal (Ecom) & external agencies to ensure smooth execution for campaign
Liaise with the agency to ensure alignment of creative direction and timelines for content production.
Background Livestream (Internal Design):
Work closely with the internal design team to create visual background livestream events ensuring brand consistency.
Teasing Video for Livestream
Coordinate and oversee the teaser videos by KOLs (influencers) to promote upcoming livestreams
Review, approve, and ensure alignment with brand messaging in KOL videos.
Brand KOL Management: Develop and send clear, engaging briefs to KOLs, outlining the content expectations, key messages, and deliverables for the livestream or campaign.
Campaign Visibility & Social Media Engagement
Collab with Ecom KAM to roll out the campaign’s visibility and social media activities
Coordinate with the media team to provide ads code and ensure the timely and effective deployment of ads related to the campaign.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in campaign management, influencer relations, or content marketing, preferably in e-commerce or social commerce.
• Strong experience with TikTok’s platform and familiarity with TikTok Shop, live streaming, and content creation strategies.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, agencies, influencers, and affiliates.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, video content creation, and digital advertising.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for engaging and innovative content.
