The Trading Partner Analyst primary responsibility is to establish the connectivity between the trading partner and TrueCommerce EDI solutions. The Trading Partner Analyst will be focused on communicating with our customers’ trading partners addressing technical and business process needs, problems and concerns relating to an EDI connection.

As a Trading Partner Analyst, you will:
• KRA 1: Set up clients with trading partners (EDI)
o Configure setup, partner relations, cross references, etc.
o Perform testing with trading partners and customers
o Provide the mapping team with the analysis required to build a new map or modify an existing one for client and trading partner facing documents
o Work with the mapping team to ensure completion of mapping requests.
o Participate in problem solving activities; escalate to relevant teams.
o Report to team management as well as involved project coordinators
o Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure the target go-live date for the customer is met.
o Work closely with Project Manager or Implementer to align on progress.
• KRA 2: Analyze and document trading partner requirements
Requirements for Success:
• Working time: 40 hours/week. 9 AM – 6 PM
• Major in IT, Business, English, Language Arts, or Economics. Degrees in other disciplines will be considered
• Proficient in English; Must be personable and confident in communication via telephone, and well-written professionally via email
• Business Process Analysis/gap analysis and Research skills are highly preferred
• Detail-oriented skills whilst carrying out the task at hand thoroughly
• Analyzing and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and Collaboration skills
• Sense of Urgency
• The ability to explain complicated-seeming concepts in plain language
• Having business process and/or supply chain knowledge is a plus

Mức lương: từ 10,000,000 VNĐ Gross

- Có 2 tháng thử việc. Sau thời gian thử việc, nhân viên đạt yêu cầu thì sẽ được ký hợp đồng lao động 1 năm. Nhận 100% lương trong thời gian thử việc.
- Nhân viên được đóng BHXH, BHYT, BHTN theo quy định của Luật Lao Động Việt Nam kể từ ngày bắt đầu làm việc tại công ty. Ngoài ra, công ty sẽ mua thêm gói Bảo hiểm sức khỏe & tai nạn (BH Generali) dành cho Nhân viên và hỗ trợ mua cho người thân
- Khám sức khỏe định kỳ hàng năm
- Trợ cấp tiền cơm trưa 30,000 VND/ngày

- 12 ngày nghỉ phép hàng năm và 2 ngày nghỉ việc riêng & nghỉ lễ theo quy định của nhà nước.
