Responsibilities: 

• Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal/Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material. 
• Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform
• Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media upload

Requirements: 

• Graduated from High school or equivalent academic level. 
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good command over verbal & written. 
• English language. 
• Prior work experience in a BPO/LPO/Regulatory work, Social Media platforms is a plus.
• Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective markets/countries. 
• Mature & analytical.
• High on teamwork and engagement.

Working time: 

• 5 days/week (any 2 days off).
• Shift: Rotate 24/7 (according to the arrangement of the team leader).
• Rotating shifts: 9 hours/shift/month (including 1.5 hour rest).
