- In charge of counseling students by asking important questions, proactively listening to their needs, and helping them make the most suitable decision for their study options.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of the student 's application including documents under the CRM.
- Provide up- to-date information about courses to ensure a student’s successful course change and enrolment .
- Attend professional training and industry event from institutions or the company.
- Willingness to take different opportunities, bringing the open mindset to ad-hoc duties as required.
- A good understanding of CRICOS and student visa conditions in Australia and New Zealand.
- Extremely well organized
- Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
- Highly motivated and self-driven, can work in a team environment and as an individual.
- Be computer literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
