HSBC LOCAL GRADUATE PROGRAMME 2025

Our 24 months Graduate Programme will make the most of your skills regardless of what subject you’ve studied. You’ll be encouraged to bring your enthusiasm to inspire your new team and deliver great service to millions of customers. You will complete several rotational placements, each of typically between three to six months in duration, each designed to give you a broad exposure to our core business operations. You will have the opportunity to develop your capabilities and gain critical business experience, across areas in your selected Businesses & Functions.

Our programme will equip you with the skills and experience required to start a successful career with HSBC, you’ll then have the opportunity to develop your capabilities and grow your career in the direction which is right for you. Building your network and demonstrating a real passion for taking your career further will help get you there even sooner.

Over the course of the programme, we typically offer:

• An induction session to familiarise yourself with HSBC

• Ongoing training and development

• Mentoring and performance management

• Flexible working

• Local and regional networking opportunities

• Rotation opportunities to different teams within your selected business & function

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent from a recognized university in Vietnam or overseas.

• Currently hold a minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA or equivalent

• Less than 2 years of working experience

• Be fluent in English and Vietnamese

• Strong motivation to pursue a banking career.

• Self-driven and demonstrate leadership competencies and interpersonal skills.

⏰ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Applications must be submitted by the close of business on 30 Apr 2025.

• Candidates will be invited to take online numerical and verbal reasoning tests; situation judgement test and video interview by 22 May 2025.

• If successful, you will be invited to The Assessment Day organized by early Jul 2025.

• The targeted start date is in early Sep 2025.
