- Responsible for daily communication with Vietnamese company personnel, addressing client inquiries regarding logistics, transportation, customs clearance, and related services.
- Assist in handling customer orders, tracking logistics information, and providing timely updates.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective responses to customer needs.
-Collect and organize customer feedback to help optimize service processes.
- International Trade, International Economics and other related majors
- Computer proficiency, especially with MS Office
- Able to contribute individually and as a team member
- Optimistic, honest, trustworthy, and willing to learn
- Good command of English, Chinese level 4 or above.
Fluency in Chinese is a mandatory requirement for students, as the entire interview process will be conducted in Chinese. Of course, if possible, it would be best to have a teacher who understands Chinese to assist with related matters.
