This role is an onsite opportunity.
As a Connection Analyst, you will:
• Establish New Trading Partners
o Ensure the Trading Partner has a single EDI point of contact for all inquiries
o Establish and test connectivity between the Trading Partners and Customers
o Gather, maintain, and publish mapping specifications for departmental consumption
o Ensure mapping is being completed in accordance with the departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Relationship Management
o Establish and maintain accurate Trading Partner test instructions
o Align TrueCommerce with the Trading Partners as a preferred EDI provider for their vendors
o Establish TrueCommerce as a "test exempt" partner to help speed the deployment process
• Technology Management
o Establish oneself as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) status by mastering all variations of connectivity (FTP, AS2, VAN)
o Troubleshoot and resolve all production communication errors in accordance with departmental SLAs
o Document internal process and contribute to standard operating procedures (SOP's)
• Professional Services Departmental Support
o Develop and conduct ongoing training for TrueCommerce employees requiring Electronic Partner Plug-in (EPP) knowledge
o Support Professional Services with EDI Standards, Trading Partner feedback, labels and advanced troubleshooting
o Support "kick-off calls" to explain technology and processes to the customer
o Execute on other assignments as directed
Requirements for Success:
• Working time: 40 hours/week. 9 AM – 6 PM
• A bachelor's degree in a computer-related field is preferred, or a bachelor's degree with a foundation in computers and an interest in software
• 1+ years of working or intern experience in an IT-related industry
• Ability to quickly learn, analyze, problem solve, and resolve simple to complex issues
• Good communication and English written skills, good English verbal ability a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Well-developed independent troubleshooting skills
• Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills are a must
• Excellent teamwork attitude; self-motivated; reliable
• Strong passion, urgency, energy, dedication, and an unrelenting drive to succeed and win
• An EDI technical background or an understanding of transaction processing is a plus

- Có 2 tháng thử việc. Sau thời gian thử việc, nhân viên đạt yêu cầu thì sẽ được ký hợp đồng lao động 1 năm. Nhận 100% lương trong thời gian thử việc.

- 12 ngày nghỉ phép hàng năm và 2 ngày nghỉ việc riêng & nghỉ lễ theo quy định của nhà nước.
