Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated UX/UI Design Intern to join our dynamic design team. In
this role, you will collaborate with Usability Engineers, Product Managers, Requirement
Specialists, Data Engineers, and Developers to deliver solutions that enhance our
customers' experiences. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience
designing user interfaces, working with design systems, and participating in user
research.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Usability Engineers,
Product Managers, Requirement Specialists, Data Engineers, and Developers to
understand customer problems and devise effective design solutions.
Design and develop prototypes and detailed feature specifications in Figma,
ensuring consistency with our design system.
Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions, both giving and
receiving constructive input to improve the quality of design work.
Conduct and integrate user insights into your design process, gathering
feedback from customers and testing designs to ensure user satisfaction.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders and end users,
continually refining and improving the user experience.
Confidence: You are eager to take on challenges, experiment with new ideas,
and see projects through from start to finish.
Humility: You are not afraid to ask “stupid” questions, admit mistakes, and learn
from them, valuing continuous improvement over perfection.
Curiosity: You are always seeking better ways of doing things, staying current
with UX/UI trends, and challenging the status quo.
Teamwork: You thrive in a collaborative environment, knowing that the best
results come from working together with others.
Preferred accomplished 3 rd – 4 th year students.
Be able to work at least 20 hour/ week.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Figma (you will be using this tool daily).
An online portfolio of work or school projects that demonstrates your ability to
solve UX/UI problems.
